These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of communication and public relations services offered by PUBLICUS, Lda, NUIT 400218889, located at Av. 24 de Junho No. 1852, Maputo, Mozambique. By using our services, your company agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our services.
1. Definitions
- Services: Refers to all communication and public relations services offered by PUBLICUS, Lda.
- Client: Refers to the individual or entity that contracts the services of PUBLICUS, Lda.
2. Acceptance of Terms
- Acceptance of these Terms occurs when the Client contracts our services, either through a formal contract, an accepted proposal, or actual use of our services.
3. Purpose of Services
- PUBLICUS, Lda provides a range of communication and public relations services, as described in specific proposals or service documents.
- Services will be provided according to best practices and in accordance with the needs and expectations of the Client.
4. Client Obligations

5. Fees and Payments
- Fees and payment methods will be described in the proposals or contracts agreed upon between PUBLICUS, Lda and the Client.
- All payments must be made according to the stipulated deadlines, under penalty of incurring late fees, if applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights related to the services provided, including content, materials, and strategies developed, are owned by PUBLICUS, Lda, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Client is granted a limited license to use the delivered materials solely for the agreed purposes.

- This confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, legally obtained from third parties, or disclosed with the consent of the involved party.

- PUBLICUS, Lda will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use the services.
- PUBLICUS, Lda’s total liability concerning any claim will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
